- IMPORTANT: If you are a current Member, please create your Member Profile in our new Member Portal in order to receive the Camp Discount. You should have received an email from Gorman Heritage Farm with instructions on how to create your Member Profile. If not, make sure to check your junk/spam folder. You can also update it by clicking here on this phrase “CREATE MEMBER PROFILE “
- Once you are in the Member sign in page, select/click on “Need Help Logging On?”. You will be prompted to enter the email address that is on file for your membership. You will then receive a notification to reset your password (make sure you write it down). After completing this password reset, you will now be able to log on to the Member Portal with your User ID and password.
- You will need to log-on to the Member Portal to register for camp. The Membership discount will automatically be applied at checkout. THERE WILL BE NO DISCOUNT CODES SENT THIS YEAR. If you need help or have questions about the Member Portal, please call 513-563-6663.

ACA Certified
We are pleased to announce that in 2022 Gorman Heritage Farm’s Summer Day Camp program was re-accredited by the American Camp Association for another 3 years!
This accreditation verifies that our program meets or exceeds over 300 ACA standards on health, safety, risk management, and curriculum.
We’re so grateful to all of the staff members who have devoted time, care, and attention to our camp program to make this accomplishment possible. We submit annual accreditation reports, and we are visited every three years to renew our accreditation. We choose to be accredited by the ACA because accreditation is a parent’s best evidence of a camp’s commitment to health and safety. Click to learn more about ACA accreditation.
Member Camp Benefits
In addition to gaining access to our early registration period, members of Gorman Heritage Farm at the level of “Family”, “Grandparents & Grandkids” and “Military/Veteran Family” receive a discount on camp registration. Members receive these benefits and more!
