Preschool Story Hour returns in
February 2025!

Online registration opens on Monday, January 20, 2025 at 10AM

Join us for this 4 week Winter Session on Tuesday mornings, from 10am-11am.

Have fun on the farm and in the garden with your preschooler while practicing early reading skills!

This 1 hour class is designed for emergent readers ages 3 – 5 years and builds connections between the five senses, caring for farm animals, planting and growing food, farm machines, and music with early literacy components (reading, writing, listening, speaking, viewing, and visualization).

Each class will begin with a song/story/activity component indoors and continue with a trip to the garden or farmyard.

This is a fun, age-appropriate class with lots of hands-on activities for a child/caregiver team paired with the best in children’s literature.

Program Schedule & Cost:

February 4, Feb 11, Feb 18, Feb 23

Bonus Class-March 4 (Receive 5 classes for the price of 4!) We know how life is with Littles, so use the 5 class for a missed day or as a bonus class!

4 week Session Cost:

Non-Members: $100 per Adult/Child pair, additional siblings: $50 per child

GHF Members: 15% Discount per Adult/Child pair, additional siblings: $40 per child
