Calling Food and Unique Craft Vendors!

Applications to be considered for the 2025 Sunflower Festival are now OPEN!  Our goal is to provide a variety of delicious food options, as well as unique handmade arts and crafts offerings.  Follow the Vendor Application link below for details.  Vendors are required to participate both days, all day.  Rain or shine.

Vendor Application

Step into a sunflower wonderland at Gorman Heritage Farm where you can roam through fields of beautiful cut-your-own sunflowers for just $1 per stem. Explore education stations, listen to live music, and take a ride on a hayride or mule carriage. Shop for unique goods from craft vendors and food trucks while adults savor a local HighGrain beer. Kids will be thrilled to meet the farm animals and have a blast at this family-friendly event. Come join us for a day filled with fun and festivities!

*GHF Members receive free admission but must still register in advance. Family memberships include family that reside in your household only. Purchase a Membership to get free admission.

FAQ

Yes, ticket lines will be very limited, so to avoid waiting in line buy ahead of time and get right into the fun!

Advance ticket sales are $12-adults, $6- kids and seniors! Presale pricing ends 10 AM Saturday, 10/5

Festival weekend prices are: $15-adults, $8- kids and seniors

*no cash will be accepted at the gate.

Yes, please register in advance. Your tickets will be free!  Please know that we are following a different process this year for the tickets and no code is needed if you are an active member.

From the Sunflower Festival page on our website, you will want to select “Get Your Tickets Now”.  At this point a new window will open with festival and ticket information.  In the top left corner, there is a red “register now” box. If you click on that option, you will be prompted to log-on or continue as a guest.  By logging on, the system will recognize you are an active member and you will not be charged the ticket price at checkout.

We do not have the ability to sell free tickets to members at the gate so all members wishing to get their free festival tickets must get their tickets ahead of time online.

Village of Evendale residents will not receive free admission to this event unless they also are members of Gorman Heritage Farm.

Only ADA Service Dogs trained to do work or perform a task for a person with a disability are allowed.

Yes! Our Every Person’s Trail is easily navigated by both strollers and wheelchairs, and leads you directly to our historic farmyard.

On other paths, there are some gravel paths, grassy areas, and hills to traverse. If it’s muddy, wheelchairs and strollers can have a hard time in some areas of the farm including our paths through the sunflower and crop fields.

We will have parking available across the street at Formica, as well as down Reading Rd. at Silco, Footworks, Cincy State Workforce Development Center, Raffles, and Magnified Giving. We will also have accessible parking available in the Boyscouts parking lot and a regular shuttle going between Formica and admissions! See a map of parking options HERE.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on ticket costs. Please know that the cost of your ticket goes to fund our mission of educating about agriculture, nutrition, sustainability, and the environment.

Yes, an ATM sponsored by 5/3 Bank is located in the Interpretive Center.

Yes, we run rain or shine! Please dress for the weather.
