Marcus J. Gardner is a seasoned executive leader with over 20 years of experience in driving growth and transformation. Raised in a small farming community in northern Ohio, he continues to be guided by the values of service and stewardship instilled during those formative years. Marcus has honed his entrepreneurial skills through diverse roles in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. His passion for people and helping them make a meaningful impact on their community and the world is one of his core driving forces.

Married to Aimee for 23 years, they are raising their four children, aged 15, 17, 18, and 20, navigating the rigors of high school and college together. For fun, they enjoy the outdoors, travel, reading, exploring different types of cuisine, and spending time with their three beloved dogs. Marcus is excited about helping Gorman continue its proud tradition of cultivating a healthy community through farm-based education and experiences!
