General Public Registration will open February 16, 2026 at 7:30am.

*Only GHF Memberships at the Family, Military/Veteran Family and Grandparent/Grandchild levels receive Early Registration and 10% discount off Camp prices.

Memberships must be active (non-expired) through the camp session you are registering for to receive the Member discount. Please check the expiration date of your membership before registering for Camp.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR CAMP

  • Daily Drop Off is between 9:00am-9:15am
  • Pick-up is between 2:30pm-2:45pm
  • Aftercare is from 2:30pm-5:30pm
Don’t Forget To Bring…
All belongings must be in ONE backpack.  Inside that backpack should include the following:
  • Packed, non-refrigerated lunch
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Change of clothes – shirt and shorts/pants, socks and underwear – packed into a separate grocery sack or zip style bag.  Label the bag with your camper’s name, please.
  • Small (about 4×6”) plastic container with tight-fitting lid and a fork and/or spoon (i.e. Tupperware, Gladware, reused sour cream container.)   Daily snack will be served into this container.**  Please return with a clean container and utensils each day.
  • We sometimes spend time journaling at the end of the day.  Your camper may bring their own crayons or colored pencils to color
**We will provide a small daily snack** As always, email camp@gormanfarm.org if you have dietary questions.
What to Wear
  • Campers must wear close-toed shoes or they will not be allowed into camp.  Socks are highly recommended.  Absolutely no sandals, Crocs, or Keens.  There are no exceptions to this rule.
  • We ask that campers arrive with sunscreen and bug spray pre-applied.
  • Weather-appropriate clothing (light fitting clothes, raincoats) that can get dirty or wet.
  • A change of clothes everyday!  We will likely play water games on hot days.
  • Label clothing to be sure items come home. Although our staff are diligent in keeping camper belongings together, we are not responsible for lost items.
What Not To Send With Your Camper/What Not To Wear
  • NO Valuables, excessive jewelry, toys (including fidget spinners), cards, games, cameras
  • NO electronics (cell phones, iPods, tablets, game boys, etc.)
  • NO sandals, crocs, flip-flops, Keen sandals, or shoes without backs please
  • NO excessive belongings.
  • Gorman Heritage Farm is a drug, alcohol, and weapon free site.

REMINDER:  Camp Payment #2 is due on March 31, 2026. To make a payment please log in with your Username & Password using the link above.

Final Camp Payment is due by May 25, 2026.

If the remaining camp balance is not paid in full by May 25, 2026, Gorman Heritage Farm will release the camp spot.

Because of the generous gifts and donations to our Camp Scholarship Fund, Gorman Heritage Farm is able to offer scholarships/financial assistance to families who need a little extra help to send their child to summer camp.

ACA Certified

We are pleased to announce that in 2022 Gorman Heritage Farm’s Summer Day Camp program was re-accredited by the American Camp Association for another 3 years!

This accreditation verifies that our program meets or exceeds over 300 ACA standards on health, safety, risk management, and curriculum.

We’re so grateful to all of the staff members who have devoted time, care, and attention to our camp program to make this accomplishment possible. We submit annual accreditation reports, and we are visited every three years to renew our accreditation. Family (Two adults, and up to 6 children under the age of 18) $80/year
Grandparent & Grandkids (Two adults over the age of 60, and up to 6 grandchildren under the age of 18) $65/year
Military/Veteran Family (Two adults, one who is a veteran or currently serving in the military, and up to 6 children under the age of 18) $70/year
