SUMMER CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS

Gorman Heritage Farm is very happy to offer scholarships to our summer day camp. In order to apply, please complete the short application. (You will be asked to upload income verification.) Please email camp@gormanfarm.org with any and all questions about our camp scholarships!
Prior to your application being approved, you may still register for camp and pay the reduced deposit of $30. Simply complete the scholarship application, then complete the camp registration form by selecting the scholarship payment option. You will be prompted to make a $30 deposit to hold your spot.
Scholarship is based on the following income thresholds:
- If income is 0-100% of the federal poverty line for the most recent year, 100% of the camp fee is covered. Registrant is asked to make a $30 deposit upon registering, which is refunded on the first day of camp which the camper attends. If the camper does not attend and does not communicate their need to cancel, the deposit is forfeited.
- If income is 101-150% of the federal poverty line for the most recent year, 75% of the camp fee is covered. Registrant will make their $30 deposit to register and hold their spot, and the remaining camp fee will be paid one month after registering, or before the first day of camp, whichever comes first.
- If income is 150-200% of the federal poverty line for the most recent year, 50% of the camp fee is covered. Registrant will make their $30 deposit to register and hold their spot, and the remaining camp fee will be divided into two even payments, to be paid over the subsequent two months after registering like a payment plan, or before the first day of camp, whichever comes first.
Once your application is received, it will be reviewed by our committee, and you will receive a reply with the status of your scholarship.
