fit a guided tour into your schedule? Our field trips spots are limited,
and may not always match your
group's availability.
Feel free to request materials for a self-guided discovery tour. We
have "scavenger-hunt" type programs that will help you learn more about our
gardens, animals, machines and buildings.
Self-guided discovery tours are available during all publicly open hours
(even weekends and after school),
and no reservation is required for you to bring your group. This is a
great program for scouts, families, small groups or home-school classes!
There is no minimum cost for a self-guided discovery tour; the program is
free with your paid admission to the farm. The program is entirely free
for GHF Members!
Feel free to download PDF versions of our tour materials. If you have
an idea for a new topic for a guided discovery sheet, just send us an
e-mailwith your suggestions.
