Summer Farm Tour Program

Our summer group programs are geared towards children 5-12. We have many groups from YMCA camps, day camps, preschool groups, etc. visit throughout the summer.

Join us for a fun, hands-on, summertime visit to the Farm! We offer guided Summer Farm Tours from 10 AM to Noon every weekday during the summer for groups of 30 children or less through our gardens and farmyard. We also offer a covered lunch space as well as the option for an unguided hike of our beautiful tree-lined trails up to our overlook of Hamilton County.

Participants in a Summer Farm Tour will be led by an experienced Farm Guide (1 Farm Guide to 15 children + teacher/chaperones) in interacting with our farm animals, exploring the history of the farm, learning about the food we produce here, and experiencing the joys of agricultural living while taking in the beauty of the farm in the summer.

This program is best suited for ages 5-12, but all ages are welcome for this guided tour through our gardens and farmyard.  Adults, too, are likely to learn something new!
