Chefs from around Cincinnati demonstrated dishes that highlight Spring's bounty from a wide range of Farms around the area. Guests learned how these tasty Spring delicacies came into existence during our garden and farm workshops. This year's event culminated with Raid the Garden, a "Chopped-style" food competition. The winning chef was Nick Marckwald of Hen of the Woods.

In partnership with Slow Food Cincinnati, learn and taste what Spring has to offer as top local chefs from around Cincinnati demonstrate dishes that highlight Spring's bounty from a wide range of Farms around the area. Tasting samples are included! Then walk around our 122-acre farm and learn how these tasty Spring delicacies come into existence during our garden and farm workshops. NEW THIS YEAR: Savor the Spirits from 3-5pm. Enjoy local beer and cocktails as Chef Julie Francis and Lance Bowman of Japp's demonstrate cocktails/mocktails and food pairings before our Raid the Garden "Chopped-style" food competition begins. During Raid the Garden food trucks will be providing food and DJ Mowgli will be spinning some sweet beats!
Join us for a day of cooking, farming and gardening at Gorman Heritage Farm, Dan Beard Council Scout Achievement Center, and the United Aerospace Workers (UAW) Building.
