Your event at the Farm

The Farm is the perfect place for birthdays, reunions, mitzvahs, anniversaries, corporate outings, girls/guys day out, civic groups, church groups and more!

When you've had enough of giant cartoon characters, noisy crowded spaces and needless expenses, be enchanted by a trip to the farm!  

Celebrate with open space to play and the adventure of something new and different. You will enjoy the reasonable price, casual atmosphere and the opportunity for your guests to learn as they play.

Choose our Pavilion, marquee tent or Sunflower Room for your party, and then add special options such as a hayride or guided tour of the gardens and farmyard, or even a scavenger hunt!

Choice of Venue

Sunflower Room:  Accommodates up to 42 people at tables and chairs; up to 90 with chairs only

White Tent with sides (seasonal):  Accommodates 50 at picnic tables

Pavilion (seasonal):  Accommodates 75 at tables and chairs

Marquee Tent (seasonal):   Accommodates up to 200 at tables and chairs


Use of GHF tables & chairs (set up, take down and clean-up not included)
Rental time is 3 hours, additional hours may be added at $100 per hour
Access to gardens and barnyard is included during publicly open hours

Additional Options

  • Mule drawn wagon ride $300 for the first hour. $150 each additional hour
  • Tractor pulled hayride $150.00 for the first hour. $100 each additional hour
  • Use of fire pit with firewood and attendant $150.00 (until 10:30pm)
  • Guided Educational Farm Tour $10 per person with $150 minimum
  • Cutting garden flowers .50/stem or sunflowers $1/stem
  • Haybales $4 each
  • Access to gardens and barnyard after hours $150 per hour

Deposit & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due with signed rental agreement. The balance is due no later than 2 weeks before the event. A refundable security deposit of $200 paid by credit card is required in advance of event. Payment can be made by cash, check, or card.

Gorman Heritage Farm cannot make guarantees of any kind, nor provide refunds in the case of weather related cancellation.   We reserve the right to remove any guest behaving in a disruptive or dangerous manner and to enlist the assistance of the Evendale Police if needed.

Please respect our nonprofit educational farm and leave all spaces as you found them.

No glitter, confetti or balloons are allowed on Farm property.
