Dionne McCaskill-Alston

Dionne McCaskill-Alston loves food. Transitioning from a career in the hospitality industry, she focuses on projects that promote “good, clean, and fair”. Her passion for this mission has lead her with a span of experience from planting seedlings as an organic garden intern, to the high paced environment of working in James Beard nominated kitchens. You can find Dionne writing about food, traveling in search of innovative food discoveries, or preparing it. She believes Gorman Heritage Farm embodies the mantra of “good, clean and fair,” and is excited to explore the opportunities as Program Coordinator.

“There is no sincerer love than the love of food.” George Bernard Shaw
