Mike Florea is the chef of Maribelle’s eat + drink in Oakley, Cincinnati, Ohio.  His passion is creating classic comfort dishes with a fresh, modern spin.  Mike is proud to use sustainable, antibiotic- and hormone-free proteins at Maribelle’s. In addition to the regular menu, Mike and his team create a daily menu for the guests. His daily menus allow him to challenge himself and hone his creativity through the use of local and seasonal ingredients. Daily menus also offer his guests an unmatched culinary experience, filled with variety and interest.  You can come see Mike and his team in action and up close in the open kitchen, ask to sit at the chef’s table!
